A Growing Family Business Running on Paper
Hafiz Brothers manages a growing inventory of over 120 prime commercial billboards across major cities in Pakistan (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Sheikhupura, Multan, Gujranwala). Until this project, almost every part of that business lived in physical registers, WhatsApp group chats, and individual memory.
No Central Identity
Knowing which board was free to rent required multiple phone calls and waiting for manual confirmation.
Municipal Permit Risks
Landowner lease renewals and municipal approvals (PHA, LDA, KMC, CDA, NHA) were lost in paper folders.
Commission & Rent Delays
Reconciling salesperson commissions and client monthly rent payments required re-entering figures across spreadsheets.

Before a single screen was designed, our team spent time mapping out how a billboard moves from an empty plot, to a signed landowner agreement, to an installed physical structure, to a paying client.
Role-Based Architecture
Every login (Admin/CEO, Legal Staff, Sales Representative, Accounts Staff) was planned to display only what that individual person's job requires, keeping the interface clean and intuitive.
Single Source of Truth
Every billboard carries a unique identifier (e.g. BB-001). Legal agreements, municipal NOC certificates, sales commissions, and client rent ledgers are permanently attached to that single board label.
